Our quality assurance team uses latest quality techniques and state of art instrumentation wherein the procedures, cover the entire development and manufacturing process by using statistical tools to assure process stability and capability.

We calculate the CPK values and then, we identify the causes of variations in the manufacturing process in order to keep them in satisfactory control.

VIKSON’s quality assurance department is equipped with the latest equipment’s like automatic computerized Load testing machines, Profile projector with DRO, Digital torque testing machines , In-house Salt spray testing & Fatigue testing, Online & Offline furnaces etc..
